My health teacher, Olli (oh yeah everyone calls the teachers by their first names..) was asking us to write down the first thing that came to our head when he said a word. so he said like happy, determined, and then he got to one word in finnish and he couldnt think of the word in english. so he asked Erkka (guy who went to LA last year) for help.. Erkka looked at me and said 'relentlessness?' and then Arlene, who also needed the english word, looked at me too and said 'explain' so I was like 'well ummmmmm, i dont know how to explain it, kind of like nothing can stop you' and she goes 'OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH BADASSNESS' and then Olli was like 'yep, thats it!'
It was hillarious
Thats all that happened! I had school, then walked home and now its been raining all nightt :( OH i got a library card.

TV IN FINLAND.
I pretty much watch MTV(which has most of the same shows at MTV and MuchMusic in Canada), MTV3 (which is like global) and Liv (which is like a combination of HGTV, TLC, Health Network, Food Network, yaaaa.). We only have like 20 channels but its not that bad. there's always something in english on! Also, they have the same shows here. like The Voice, and Talent Suomi, and Finland Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, and Big Brother Finland, and a whole bunch more :D Its awesome except I dont understand whats going on because its in Finnish :D
On the plus side, i start finnish lessons on monday. and also have a rotary presentation. GOING TO BE A LONG DAYYYYY....
